Overview
A musical-drama film about the struggles of common people who became victims of Martial Law in the '70s. Based on the 2016 musical play of the same name, Katips is a tale of the young, in their fight for their ideals, how big can one get against a force too much bigger than yourself.

I was so excited to watch this film with my friend because it was so popular and I just know how important it is to watch these kinds of films nowadays that history revisionism is tolerated in the Filipino film industry. The film sold out quickly, at least in the cinema where we watched it so we had no choice but to purchase the last showing schedule of the day.
