Very short: Zootopia 2 is lovely and has as many little details about the world and everyone within it as the first one. If you enjoyed the first one, you'll enjoy this one. Longer: Zootopia 2 basically does what the first one already did: Using the story of a police case to teach people, inside and outside of the movie, that prejudice and stereotypes we learned to believe are often wrong and even more often dangerous. It's very rare that the 2nd movie is better than the 1st and in this case it's true. Not as good as the 1st but actually it stood on it's own. Had a good story apart from the 1st movie and held it's own. Not as funny or clever plot bit more predictable but enjoyable.
