Overview
An obscure Eastern cult that practices human sacrifice pursues Ringo after he unknowingly puts on a ceremonial ring (that, of course, won't come off). On top of that, a pair of mad scientists, members of Scotland Yard, and a beautiful but dead-eyed assassin all have their own plans for the Fab Four.

Ringo Starr and Leo McKern steal their scenes in this entertaining vehicle for the Beatles. The former is sent a magic ring that won’t come off, which is unfortunate because the latter (“Clang”) has decided that the wearer of this jewel is to be sprayed in red paint and then ritually sacrificed to appease his cultish god.
