Mostly boring with sublime elements. The parts with the Gardaí showing kids drugs and guns, the Bangardaí serving tea while the men and detectives stand around miserably, the excruciating scene of the band playing during the Lucan festival, the story of the Monkey's being reared in the back of a van, and then the 5 minute sequence of aerial shots of the ceaseless suburban expansion rvials any sense of dread provided by the film Koyaanisqatsi.
