I know I'll probably get a lot of flak for suggesting this, but I strongly feel that this anthology piece director Romero did, largely helped by Stephen King, is Romero's finest outing outside of his seven zombie films (of which so far I've seen five). One of the best by one director as well--and it puts the much-more-celebrated 'Twilight Zone: The Movie', which came out around the same time, to shame. 94/100 Written by Stephen King and directed by George A. Romero, this film is arguably one of the best horror anthologies ever made. An exquisite mixture of horror and hilarity, you'll find yourself creeped out and laughing out loud at the same time. The stories are bizarre and filled with an all-star cast of veterans and a few recognizable newcomers who go on to be big themselves. Even Stephen King has a starring role in one story.
