"STRUGGLING STREETS" is a sincere, well-intentioned short film with a powerful message at its core. While its brief runtime forces the character arcs to resolve a bit too quickly, its authentic dialogue and resonant themes about community upliftment make it a compelling watch. With strong performances to back up the script, this has the potential to be a very moving piece of socially conscious cinema.
