Overview

Good watch, could watch again, and can recommend. This feels a little dated, given the more recent "Lost in Space" series, and given the original series it certainly feels like a very different angle. The cast is great, but doesn't quite feel like it gels well, especially sense it is supposed to be (mostly) a family unit. Inoffensively bad sci-fi adventure feature film adaptation of the classic 1960s TV series is one of those movies one can put on, watch for a bit, get up to get a snack or drink without pausing and you still won't miss anything. Has a solid enough cast, mainly William Hurt, Mimi Rogers and Gary Oldman while Heather Graham was okay, but the rest forgettable (though I did have a big crush on Lacey Chabert back then).
