I rather enjoyed this. Sure, it doesn't quite conform to the attitudes of the naughties, but I think that's part of it's purpose and of our progress - it really does stand back and take a swipe at virtually everything vain, empty, and shallow in a daft comedy with Carole Lombard and Frederic March. The former plays the victim of a misdiagnosis with mixed emotions. Though happy no longer to be heading for the arms of Hades, she was looking forward to using her compensation money to go out in stylโฆ
