This is the program that started it all, and became the top VHS tape of all time. This program will give you total body aerobic, strength, and flexibility workout, while building and maintaining cardiovascular health. Includes both the Beginner's and Advanced Workouts, as seen on the original VHS tape and RCA Videodisc. Originally released in 1982 on VHS. Remastered and color corrected for DVD release in 2015.
