Joe Wong was born on June 14, 1903 in Manila, Philippines as Jose Ocampo Cobarrubias. He was an actor, known for Singapore Sue (1932), Fancy Pants (1950) and Cannonball! (1976). He died from a heart condition on November 9, 1978 in Los Angeles, California, USA.
