Biography
Rita Gam (1927-2016) was an American actress who enjoyed a prolific career in film, television, and theater. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Gam developed an interest in the performing arts at a young age and began honing her craft through local productions and drama classes. After graduating from the Carnegie Institute of Technology, Gam made her way to New York City, where she quickly established herself as a rising talent on the Broadway stage. Her captivating performances in plays like "The Constant Wife" and "A Hatful of Rain" earned her critical acclaim and brought her to the attention of Hollywood producers.
