Warren Parker
Biography
Born on February 25, 1904, in Alton, Illinois, Warren Parker was an American actor and screenwriter whose career spanned more than three decades. Trained in theatre before moving to Hollywood, he became a familiar face on television throughout the 1950s to the 1970s. His understated, precise acting earned him numerous supporting roles in landmark series such as Lights Out, Tales of Tomorrow, The Third Man, Ironside, and Days of Our Lives. Married to actress Mary Patton, Parker often portrayed authority figures — doctors, judges, or ministers — roles that suited his distinguished presence and measured diction. He also contributed to television writing, reflecting his enduring interest in dramatic structure.
