Biography
Arpan Thapa is a highly regarded Nepalese actor, director, and scriptwriter known for his intense performances and creative vision. He studied acting in Mumbai before returning to Nepal to establish his career in the domestic film industry. He made his acting debut in the 2011 film Sick City, where his lead performance as Krishna immediately marked him as a serious talent. Over the years, he has built an extensive filmography with notable roles in diverse projects such as Batch No: 16, Chhadke, Maun, and the critically acclaimed Dying Candle. Beyond his acting career, Thapa has made a significant impact as a filmmaker, directing several high-profile movies including Mukhauta (2014), Aadha Love (2017), and the horror-themed Ghar (2019), which he also wrote.
