Marcia Lucas
Biography
Marcia Lou Lucas (née Griffin; October 4, 1945 — May 27, 2026) was an Oscar winning American film editor, best known for her work on the Star Wars trilogy (1977–83) as well as other films by her then-husband George Lucas: THX-1138 (1971) and American Graffiti (1973). She also edited three films by Martin Scorsese: Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore (1974), Taxi Driver (1976), and New York, New York (1977).
