Joichiro Ohtsuki (大槻 丈一郎, Ōtsuki Jōichirō, April 10) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) from Osaka Prefecture who is affiliated with Aoni Production. His hobbies are traveling (railroad), playing games, walking, cycling and video editing. His special skills are games, judo, and video editing. He speaks the Osaka dialect.
