Mark Heap is an acclaimed British actor and comedian, best known for his portrayal of eccentric and neurotic characters in several iconic UK sitcoms. He is widely recognized for his roles as the bizarre neighbor Jim Bell in Friday Night Dinner and the arrogant Dr. Alan Statham in Green Wing.
