Jesús Velázquez was born on October 30, 1909 in Hidalgo, Mexico. He was a writer and actor, known for Santo vs. the Riders of Terror (1970), Tlayucan (1962) andMexicano hasta las cachas (1979). He died on May 26, 1972 in Mexico City, Mexico.
