Margo Cathleen Harshman is an American actress known for her role as Tawny Dean on Even Stevens, on The Big Bang Theory as Sheldon Cooper's assistant, Alex Jensen, and as Delilah McGee, Timothy McGee's paraplegic wife on NCIS.
