Biography
Chris Lowell (born October 17, 1984) is an American film and television actor, best known for playing Stosh 'Piz' Piznarski in the CW noir drama Veronica Mars and William 'Dell' Parker in the ABC Grey's Anatomy spin-off, Private Practice.
