Based on the novels by author Hugh Howey, Silo is off to an intriguing start. Yet the question remains, will Silo amount to anything meaningful? Simply great storytelling. And though the visuals quickly get repetitive due to the setting, it's great to see. Giving it a 10 for now, and unless the final few episodes are horrible, I won't be changing my rating to anything less than a 9.

Excellent Fallout fan fiction of what life would be like inside a vault. Focuses on grim drama and semi-realism over humor and irony, which is a shift in perspective from the Fallout games that shows how versatile that universe really is. I understand the author of the Wool-series that Silo is based on has to deny any relationship to Fallout for copyright reasons. (Though he wink-wink admitted he played the first two games.) First of all, let me tell you that this show is based on a book. So, kudos and all praise to the author of the book for such an amazing story. Now, about show... Show itself isn't bad.
