How are we still not doing research in 2025? Super offensive to use the Islamic name for the devil as the main character. If you are going to make a show inspired by the Middle East then you can take two seconds out of your day to do proper research.

"Genie, Make a Wish" is the drama that is very disrespectful and clearly mocks Islam. Such content deeply hurts the feelings of us. Every religion deserves respect and sensitivity. Media should spread understanding, not insult beliefs. This drama fails to show basic cultural and religious respect.

"Genie, Make a Wish" isn’t just a fantasy romance - it’s a meditation on love, memory, and redemption. Kim Woo-bin gives a career-defining performance as a being torn between divinity and humanity, while Suzy balances fragility with strength. The cinematography is breathtaking, the symbolism profound, and the emotional honesty unforgettable. Beneath its supernatural premise lies a deeply human truth: that love is not possession, but surrender. 100% – Visually stunning and spiritually moving.
