Overview

Merchant daughter Jiang Zhen, set upon by her concubine, blinds a powerful man in one eye to protect herself. Rescued by her aunt, the former aunt of the Duke of Zhenguo, she travels to the capital, determined to marry a powerful man to protect her own safety.
